At Kettlewell, we want you to love every color you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the garments in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to a local authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is processed.
